CODA students win SUPERSTUDIO.

Superstudio is an annual architectural ideas competition for students of Architecture, Landscape, Urban Design and Planning. Students from all over the Asian Pacific region were invited take part in the 48 hour competition and suggest ways to reinvigorate and sustain an old coal mining town. The brief proposed that two new solar panel factories were to be built as a new “sustainable” industry for the town, The students were asked to create a structure with these solar panels that would provide enough energy for the town and create a model for future development in other ailing towns.
